What I did

  • Implemented Hytale gameplay systems in Java, including enemies, custom weapons, armor mechanics, party systems, map systems, cave mode, and waypoint improvements.
  • Reviewed pull requests from contributors, handled user tickets, coordinated beta testing phases, and validated releases for BetterMap.
  • Maintained compatibility with frequent Hytale pre-release updates by shipping weekly patches when game changes broke mod behavior.
  • Helped recruit and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including developers, builders, 3D artists, animators, weapon artists, and prop artists.
